Eat Only Protein And Fat For Breakfast

Eating only protein and fat for breakfast may be good for you.  It seems to be helping people lose fat while retaining muscle, and scientists say it will help curb unhealthy snacking.

Not only that, it may also be good for supporting healthy blood sugar levels.

Your mom was right, the Huffington Post says, breakfast is the most important meal of the day.

Most of all, don't forget to have fun keeping fit!  And if you don't know how, call me, I'll give a tour of the gym.

Positive Attitude and a Good Fun Time with the Family

Chuck knows how to have a good time at the gym.  He brings his family with him!

Why not?

Chuck is 54.  He stopped working out a whole bunch a years ago and then started up again last year at SonomaXfitness.  He arrived at SonomaXfitness with his wife and two boys and brought with him an amazing positive attitude.  He encourages everyone around him.  He even encourages me!

I have to watch him carefully though!  Because he wants to go heavy with the weights.  But he can't because of an injury.  So we work around it by not doing any exercises that aggravate his injury.  He is seeing great results.  We are using a lot less weight than he used to, but because we are focusing on the body-mind connection he is building his body beautifully.

Chuck is a great example that you don't have to go heavy to get amazing results.

Personally, I like that he brings his family and we all have a good, fun time working out.

I look forward to the training sessions.

Easy, effective and back friendly strength training

Ann rehabilitated her back by working out three times a week 30 minutes each. Using easy, effective and back friendly strength training she gradually built her muscles to support her back. At the same time she noticed her knee issues improved - everything was starting to wake up and respond to her health efforts.

But what I love most about working with Ann is her positive, can-do attitude, even when she was in a lot of pain. She showed up and kept going and showed me how to work through tough times and keep going.

She helps me thrive.
